The technician from Ready Plumbing Service took the trap apart and found a massive, solid block of hardened grease and food scraps stuck deep in the wall pipe. He used a heavy steel auger to physically extract the entire plug and scrubbed the inside of the pipe completely clean. The water swirls down instantly now, and the awful smell is completely gone. Great, fast, and very clean service."
"The metal shutoff valves under my counter were covered in green rust and started dripping constantly. I was afraid to touch them because they looked so fragile. Ready Plumbing Service came out for an emergency visit and confirmed the valves were totally failing. They shut down the main house water, cut off the old stuck valves, and soldered on beautiful new quarter-turn brass ball valves. They also put in new braided steel hoses for the faucet.
